This Privacy Policy explains the business contact and technical inquiry information KENFA receives through this website, how that information is used to review and answer requests, how optional RFQ attachments are handled, and how to contact KENFA about access, correction or deletion. Do not submit unrelated personal, financial, medical or confidential information.

What information does KENFA collect?
When you submit the Request a Quote form, KENFA may receive your name, company, work email, country or region, product or model requirement, operation, workpiece material, machine or tool interface, quantity or annual demand, requirement details and any optional drawing or reference file you choose to attach.
Hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information and security events needed to deliver and protect the website.
How is inquiry information used?
KENFA uses inquiry information to review the requested product or application, identify missing technical details, prepare or discuss a quotation, respond to the sender and maintain reasonable business records related to the inquiry. KENFA does not use an uploaded drawing as public Media Library content.
How are RFQ attachments handled?
The RFQ form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 5 MB. The website attaches an accepted file to the inquiry email and deletes the temporary server copy after the send attempt. The email recipient may retain the attachment with the business correspondence, so remove unrelated personal, financial or confidential material before submission.
What is the legal basis for processing?
Information is processed because you ask KENFA to respond to a business inquiry and consent to that use when submitting the form. Depending on the relationship and applicable law, some business records may also be handled for legitimate business administration, contract preparation or legal obligations. This notice does not claim a certification or universal legal basis for every country.
Who may process the information?
Authorized KENFA personnel and service providers used for website hosting, security and email delivery may process information only as needed to operate the site and respond to the inquiry. Information may be processed outside your country because the website and business contacts serve international buyers. KENFA does not publish RFQ information as customer proof or a testimonial without separate approval.
How long is information kept?
KENFA keeps inquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. No fixed public retention period is promised for every inquiry. You may contact KENFA to request deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate contractual or legal reasons.
Does the site use cookies or analytics?
The site may use essential technical cookies or similar storage needed for security, administration, form protection and consent choices. Google Analytics is not currently loaded on public pages. If optional analytics is enabled later, the consent controls and this notice should be updated before that data collection begins.
What choices do you have?
You may ask whether KENFA holds inquiry information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also stop a quotation discussion at any time. KENFA may need enough information to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for security, contractual or legal reasons.
How can you contact KENFA?
Email sales@kenfatools.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe the inquiry or email address concerned and the action requested. Do not send identity documents unless KENFA specifically explains why they are required.
