Use this six-page checklist to prepare the product family, model or designation, workpiece material, operation, dimensions, machine interface, quantity and reference files needed for a cutting-tool RFQ. It covers all 16 KENFA product-family routes while leaving availability, geometry, grade, coating, price, delivery and final suitability subject to technical review.

What does this checklist help you prepare?
The checklist organizes the information needed before model matching or quotation review. Complete only the sections relevant to your inquiry and mark unknown values as not available instead of estimating dimensions, compatibility or operating conditions.
- Product family and exact model, insert, holder or tool designation
- Workpiece material, operation, feature dimensions and tolerance
- Machine, spindle, turret, holder, shank or interface constraints
- Quantity, current machining issue and clear reference files
- Family-specific inputs across all 16 KENFA product routes
Who should use it?
Distributors, machine shops, purchasing teams and application engineers can use the document before opening an RFQ. It is a preparation aid, not a product specification, quotation, compatibility approval or performance statement.
What should happen after the checklist is complete?
Review the product-family directory or buyer guides, then send the relevant details through the KENFA RFQ form. Remove unrelated personal, financial or confidential information from drawings and photos, and read the Privacy Policy before submitting files.
